Payambar square competition was held between 7 teams which karand group awarded second place. The square is located in Chabahar, lies between two roads that form a traffic circle, in a recent developed area with a seasonal watercourse underneath. The square scale is too huge for an urban space, so our main concept was to define the space according to comfortable scale for human beings, change it from lost space to an oasis. Our proposal was consisted of an Underground Plaza which would be the most important element of the project, source of permanent day and night service and tourism activities that will enhance and renew the site.
